Mathis Orgelbau has built more than 350 new organs of all sizes throughout
the world - for private residences, churches, and concert halls. Mathis
Orgelbau also specializes in the restoration of period instruments stemming
from a long range of organ history. Countless concert cycles, as well
as ongoing radio, television and CD productions with renowned artists
provide ample testimony to the advanced technology and superlative tone
quality of Mathis Orgelbau organs. This excellent reputation regularly
leads to new assignments as is evidenced by such important achievements
as the five organs in the Benedictine Convent in Einsiedeln, the two organs
for the Vatican, the two organs in the Scot’s Church in Vienna, the
two great organs in the Pilgrimage Basilica in Maria Zell and the ten
organs of the Eichstätt diocese.
